Time requirements: Game days - 2:30pm onward (all Fridays unless scheduling changes).

Role: Set-up/break-down the pre-game meal (approx 3pm) as well as serving the players, ensuring they are getting fed and hydrated before the game and post-game snacks/drinks.

Be on point to coordinate on-the-road meals and making sure everyone is taken care of, including the Coaches. Coordinate with Meal Coordinator for all meals/snacks for each game.

This is a great opportunity to partner up with another parent to cover the job.

Role: Set-up/break-down the pre-game team snack (approx 2;45pm), ensuring they are getting fed something light and are hydrated before the game. Following the game, you will be coordinating their after-game dinner (stadium area location).

Be on point to coordinate on-the-road meals and making sure everyone is taken care of, including the Coaches. Coordinate with Meal Coordinator for all meals/snacks for each game.

Game Day Meals: Schedule Frosh and Varsity meals in advance of game days for the season. Be the direct contact with local eateries for placing and order pickup. Coordinate with Team Moms for onsite delivery/pickup. Be on point for any questions from parents who would like to donate any drinks, snacks or meals.

Varsity Pregame dinners (night before game day): Build a schedule for the season and identify/confirm dinner locations and any meal donations or orders. Often, these dinners are on Thursdays and are hosted at a Families home or at the local Village Church.
